Rates and Terms In season (April - September): $225 per night for up to 6 guests $275 per night on holiday weekends for up to 6 guests Off season (October - March): $195 per night for up to 6 guests $25 per night for each additional guest, up to 8 guests 2 night minimum stay, except: 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Discounts Offered: No cleaning fee assessed when you stay 4 nights or longer. Get one night free when you rent all 4 homes and stay 7 nights. No smoking indoors and no pets please. Check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 10:00 AM. Checking out after this time will result in an additional night charge. Notes: Rates do not include 6% state occupancy tax. Rates are based on stays up to 13 nights. Please contact us for multiple week and monthly rates. All rates are in U.S. dollars. A deposit of half the rental amount is required upon reservation. The property is reserved only after this deposit has been received. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on check, money order, or cashiers check payments.
