Rates and Terms In season (April - September): $175 per night for up to 6 guests $225 per night on holiday weekends for up to 6 guests Off season (October - March): $145 per night for up to 6 guests $25 per night for each additional guest, up to 8 guests 2 night minimum stay, except: 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Discounts Offered: No cleaning fee assessed when you stay 4 nights or longer. Get one night free when you rent all 4 homes and stay 7 nights. No smoking indoors and no pets please. Check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 10:00 AM. Checking out after this time will result in an additional night charge. Notes: Rates do not include 6% state occupancy tax.
